We’re proud to announce that we’ve been recognized by San Francisco Business Times’ and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s 2018 Best Places to Work List for the second consecutive year!

At Unity, we work hard to ensure that all Unity employees come to work feeling comfortable, supported and inspired. In the past year alone, we are proud to have offered an enhanced set of employee benefits including commuter and fitness benefits, back-up child care, infertility coverage, increased mental health benefits and disability coverage. We understand that employees have a life outside of work and do our best to ensure employees are healthy and balanced, both at the office and at home.

We have an entire team dedicated to workplace experience, both in our San Francisco office and globally. Our office is outfitted with optimized work spaces, snacks and engaging activities such as yoga classes or meditation workshops to create the ideal work environment. In addition to our enhanced benefits in 2018, we also offer floating holidays so that employees can take days off at their leisure, legal benefits, travel benefits, a gym stipend and child care, among others.

One of the reasons we are pleased to announce this recognition as the #8 Best Large Company in the Bay Area is that the award is entirely based on employee feedback. Employees were asked to rate Unity on values like trust in leadership, team dynamics, personal engagement and satisfaction of individual needs through great benefits and perks. We’re thrilled to know that our employees consider Unity a Best Place to Work.
