It’s time for another Community Component! Our blog series where we showcase resources, tutorials, and amazing projects that come from the Unity community. If you like this content, let us know! Falcon Age

Falcon Age recently launched on PS4 and PSVR. In Falcon Age you and your falcon friend hunt, gather, and fight colonizers in VR. They’ve also realised a fantastic write-up about what went into creating the bird of prey, which you can read here. Or, you can check out some of the insights they shared with us regarding development on Twitter.

Last Epoch

The team behind Last Epoch recently announced a beta trailer and release date for their upcoming ARPG. You can expect loot, getting lost in dungeon diving, character customization and most likely, more loot. Learn more about the game on their website, and make sure to give your peers a follow over on their social media!

Unfold Games shows us just how creepy their project, DARQ, can get with the addition of some eerily beautiful audio.

Cognito Terra

We’ve been following Lez Tusi develop Cognitio Terra for a while know, and it’s been fantastic to watch it grow and evolve over the past year or so. Above is a quick highlight on the newest piece they have shared with us!

VFX Friday

Last but not least, we noticed that a lot of VFX Artists were mentioning us and #madewithunity in their #vfxfriday posts. Thank you! We’ve picked out a few that showcase some beautiful work, and you can find more in the hashtag. If you’re working on something with our Visual Effect Graph, share it with us and your peers!

We hope you like the insight and projects we’ve showcased today! Let us know what else you would like to see in future Community Components by sharing your thoughts below. If you’ve got a project you want to share with us, show us on Twitter, the Unity Forums, or our Discord!

  2. Love the post, thanks for sharing. You’ve given me a few new people to subscribe to.

  3. It would be nice if there were also some tutorials listed along with these effects or some example code. It could be an additional section. Just to have people starting out having an easier way to find the correct information. Especially VFX graph, the Unity samples are great but very complex if you don’t know what you are looking at. Finding some actual useful tutorials or examples is a bit difficult as most people just post a video of the end result.

  4. Cool stuff! I think this kind of post help developers to furhter increase their skills!

  5. Probably a stupid question, but, with the LWRP support for VFX Graph, does that mean that it will work on mobile devices now?

  6. Making Stuff Look Good is A treasure

    1. Agreed! They have fantastic content.
