I’m pretty fond of Kii, with whom Unity has a very amicable relationship!  They’ve got what I think is one of the most promising backend-as-a-service platforms to emerge in the last few years, and they’re pretty actively seeking Unity developers to try out and acquaint themselves with their service.  Here’s the official scoop on their new Kii to Unity contest, which you should definitely check out if you’re in need of BaaS, analytics or distribution! The contest is operated by Kii, but we at Unity will be participating as judges in determining the winning games.

As part of Game Cloud’s launch, they’re challenging Unity developers working on a new mobile game to add Game Cloud features into it, and compete to win $10,000, along with distribution in the world’s largest and highest monetized mobile markets: China and Japan.
